On August 6th, 2021 Riverside County AYLUS continued with its school supply drive. The group has carried on with the gathering and collection of essentials such as backpacks, notebooks, markers, pencils etc. over the week through donations and the use of its own funds. The supplies were donated to the Hugs Foster Family Agency in Murrieta to serve children placed in foster care. Riverside County AYLUS will extend this drive and gather supplies in the weeks to come and will continue donating them to the agency and others in need. Donating these supplies to children who are traumatized and who rely on donations such as these is a cause that RCA members feel is worth supporting.
