On August 2nd, 2021, RCA members Evan Chang, Kyan Chang, Chandler Berry, Sophie Chung, and Nicholas Navarro met at the local Harveston park for another clean-up session. As Covid continues to spread in the community extra caution was taken. To keep safe, masks and gloves were worn and hand sanitizer was used.
The group cleaned the park and its surroundings from any visible litter and trash such as paper, snack wrappers, plastic bottles, straws, cups, and other debris. The trash was then properly disposed of.
Riverside County AYLUS will continue to help the environment through park clean-ups so that the local wildlife and the community can continue to enjoy its beauty.
