On March 21st 2021, members from the Bergen branch hosted a park cleanup at the Overpeck Park in Bergen County. Today, our newest member of the branch, Victor Appavu, joined us at the cleanup. We partnered with the Bergen County Department of Health Services to organize the cleanup. As a continuation of celebrating International Earth Day (3/20/21) and the start of the Spring season (also 3/20/21), the Bergen branch decided to return to Overpeck park for another park cleanup, as there was a lot of litter to be picked up!
