Sugar Land Branch Continues Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#29) on October 17

On October 17, Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. In this session, participants worked especially on arms and core muscles. Instructors led participants through pushups and push up burpees for arm strengthening and planks, situps, and crunches for core strengthening. Scattered through the workout were some cardio movements, for example jumping jacks and burpees. The session lasted for 30 minutes. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
