On January 4, 2020, the Houston Branch of AYLUS collected books as part of a book drive and donated them to the Houston Methodist Hospital and Texas Children’s Hospital for their patients and staff. The book drive was held for a 2 week period, in which members collected new or gently used books and dropped them off to a designated member’s house. At the end of the 2 weeks, the members sorted and packed the books into boxes, which were then delivered to the Hospital on January the 4th, completing the event. Thanks to all the members that collected, donated, sorted, packed, and delivered!
