On August 12, 2018, San Diego students of AYLUS held the 32nd STEAM Challenge Camp. Today’s leadership session was led by Daniel Sun, Daniel Wang, and Eric Wang, all upcoming/current college students at prestigious schools and CCA alumni. They talked about writing college applications, outlining these key points:
- Start writing early
- Write when you are inspired
- Do not worry about other people’s essays
- Focus on your own essay and being yourself
- Have other people read and critique your essays
- Do things that are interesting
Classes taught: Chess Strategy, Rubiks Cubing, Chinese, English, Math, Intro to Violin, Speech Skills, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Math.
