On August 7th. 2016, the Metro Detroit Aylus group volunteered at the Detroit Zoo. There was a walk going on at the zoo in order to raise money and awareness for people with disabilities or special needs. The group consisted of Ethan Chen, Daniel Kong, James Li, Jeremy Liu, David Nie, Jason Nie, Andrea Niu, Matthew Yao, and Kevin Zhong. They helped to guide walkers along the path as they viewed the exhibits. This was the second time that the group worked with Easter Seals, a nonprofit charity group that assists children and adults.
