Giving is Receiving

10 December, 2015

Avoid being stubborn, by opening your mind to consider if everything you have slips away, what sustains you from the inside. People are always afraid of losing, but that’s what we all need to experience someday in the end. So why not just do something initiatively instead of losing it passively?

Mark Zuckerberg, the co-founder of the world’s biggest social networking site Facebook, recently donated 99% of his stock share which is approximately $45 billion dollars. To the world’s amazement, it is just because he received the best gift of his life – his daughter’s birth. He was the youngest billionaire of the world, but now he won even more respect, honor, glory, praise and everything from the world because of his kindness, even though that was not what he cared or wanted.

Environment, people or anything can take away your wealth, your life and your money, but no one can ever take away your attitude about your own life. To him, what his receiving is his daughter, yet to the world, what the world receives is the hope of millions of children in famine; the hope of millions of lives in danger, disease or helpless.

For all the negative things we had, god always has a positive answer for them. What you gives away, it will come back around someday. Never be afraid of losing, god will always open a window when another closed.
